The Power of Affirmation, Visualization & Meditation – Part 3

As you know, meditation is easy if you practice it every day for just a little bit.
5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes. The hardest thing to do is to sit still, unless you are a monk and meditate all day in a cave, of course. It is OK to have a mind chat.
Just focus on your breath as John Assaraf suggests.
First thing in the morning is the best time, before you get busy.
So, would you sit and meditate for 5 minutes today ?
Ok, just 2 minutes ?
