Morning Routine For Exercise

Have you exercise this morning or did you skip today ? Is it getting too cold for you to get going in the morning ?

How about while you are half wake do some:

-stretching exercises for 5 minutes

-strength exercise for 5 minutes

-cardio exercise for 5 minutes

Just 15 minutes will do it.  Now you are wide wake and feeling accomplished. Just in your  bedroom, living room, back yard or around your neighbor.  Make it simple. No need for fancy gym.  No overwhelm.  Easy to keep. You know, you eat better when you feel good about yourself.  So have a great breakfast then you have a great day ahead !

Setting aside time during your morning routine for exercise yields great benefits. People who exercise in the a.m. will find themselves much more energized throughout the day, as well as an increased metabolism. It is important, however, to choose your morning exercise routine carefully–losing too much sleep (not getting your recommended 6-8 hours of beauty zzz’s)–can actually harm you. Sleep is an important part of maintaining your healthy, high energy, calorie-burning body. With that said, Just 15 minutes each morning can lead to a healthier, happier you!

This suggestion from exercise expert my friend Donna Gookin.
My suggestion is to lay on stomach on floor and slowly raise and lower each leg about 5-10 times. It is good for anyone who is bending over forward a lot!

    That’s a nice approach to excercise –it has less pressure to be perfect. In fact, I suppose you could get some yoga pose type stretches done while in bed and still thinking about whether or not you really want to be exercising or not! Yeah, I’m kinda lazy about formal exercise these days since I have a toddler I chase after and pick up off the floor dozens of times a day. ;-)

    What do you recommend for someone with mild low back pain?

    And yes, I do recommend Sumo Wrestler’s Koshiwari Squat. May be start 3 times.
    This movement strength your back.
