Emei Qigong

Zen Qigong

http://www.lightconnection.us/Art/apr09/art-1-sounds.jpgEmei Qigong is a comprehensive system of Chan (Zen) Qigong that generates vital energy and leads to the attainment of ever-higher levels of awareness. The study and practice of Emei Qigong promotes strong physical health, emotional balance and spiritual development. Emei Qigong focuses on the healing aspects of using energy rather than martial arts training.

Emei Qigong Grandmaster Fu who has been called “China’s Medical Buddha” is a Chinese Medical doctor and has a very gifted background. Other than being a qigong master he’s also a martial artist, Feng Shui expert, philosopher, theologist, writer, author, speaker. And he is a layman not a monk. He’s very knowledgeable in nutrition and a very good cook as well. Of course, Grandmaster Fu can draw stadium full of people to learn from his powerful life force, ki chi technique principal. He is a well-known figure in China. Last spring, I asked him if the rumor about him not showing up for workshops in China if the number of attendees is less than 5,000 is true. He said yes. I could not imagine learning qigong with tens of thousands of people. Here in USA we are very lucky to have him in San Diego workshops with less than 100 attendees. San Diego is one of his favorite cities to teach workshops and we are his favorite students. I have attended his workshops every year since 2006. I am not a professional healing practitioner; I am still a Level 1 student. However, because I practice everyday now, I have probably practiced more times than most of the students and instructors combined. I simply love Emei qigong exercises; they have certainly changed my life.

Are you ready for qigong healing now?
