Skydiving World Champion Mindset # Third
Overcoming fear and fun traveling
Extraordinary man Giles Fabris
Giles Fabris was a British National Skydiving Champion and a record holder in the Guinness World Book of Records for skydiving.
Overcoming a fear is just about everyone’s challenge day in and day out. As soon as we think we took care of the fear monster and put it behind us, something new creeps up, or our very creative minds start imagining new things and creating new monsters. It’s a never-ending process. Giles suggests taking action everyday to be able to get over our fears. It is easy for him to say since he is an elite athlete who achieved a world championship level and he is in the Guinness World Book of Records. Yet, it took so much discipline, focus, as well as envisioning over and over a perfect jump, for him to get to where he is now. Also, he was part of a group of 40-50 people who demonstrated a great teamwork and synergy during their jumps. Can you imagine that? It must be contagious when you hang out with bunch of crazy and brave souls. As a result they traveled to many countries and had a lot of fun.
Does Giles make your life seem boring? Maybe it is your time to come out of your hermit shell and explore yourself!
This is a Giles recommendation video, although he is not in this 400 people jumping together.
