		<description>My suggestion is to lay on stomach on floor and slowly raise and lower each leg about 5-10 times. It is good for anyone who is bending over forward a lot!</description>

		<description>That&#039;s a nice approach to excercise --it has less pressure to be perfect. In fact, I suppose you could get some yoga pose type stretches done while in bed and still thinking about whether or not you really want to be exercising or not! Yeah, I&#039;m kinda lazy about formal exercise these days since I have a toddler I chase after and pick up off the floor dozens of times a day. ;-)

What do you recommend for someone with mild low back pain?
