Exercise is more fun when weather is nice Beautiful day in America’s Finest City San Diego. Yeah, I got all my exercise done this morning. Feeling great ! Emei Qigong,  Yoga, Sumo Wrestler Koshiwari callisthenic and Power Walk. And I walked up very steep hill. I used to call killer hill or heart attack hill. I changed to ” heart strength hill ” now. If I think about how hard to go up this hill then it will be get hard. Then my energy get intense and breath harder. So I let it go. Instantly energy get lighter, no effort to go up.
