World Laughter Day In San Diego 2011
Today was World Laughter Day. Have you laughed today? How many times have you laughed? Do you remember? May be you have not laughed at all. I started Laughter Yoga by DVD in Japanese in February 2011. And just before big Earthquake Tsunami hit Japan. I was very fortunate to use this method during heavy news keep coming in day and day out. It sure lightened up my day from negative news. Laughter Yoga was created by Dr. Madan Kataria and his 4 friends in India in 1995 using deep breathing and laugh. This video has Dr. Kataria talk about how effective laughter yoga for healthier life.
